Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and to maintain strict quality control, Everlast Research follows a no refund and no return policy.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for ordering errors, change of mind, or misuse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include a clear description and photos of the issue. Our support team will review and determine eligibility for a replacement.
Refunds are only considered in rare cases where:
- The order was not delivered due to our error
- A replacement is not possible and the issue was reported within 48 hours
We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without authorization.
